Product description Valira Casserole - with lid - Aire - ø 28 cm / 9.3 Liter

Stewed pears, a delicious sauce or a tasty stew: a braising pan comes in handy in many cases! The Valira High Braising Pan With Lid Aire Black is made of aluminum. This makes it very lightweight: very convenient! The braising pan is equipped with a PFOA-free non-stick coating. Very convenient! This substance is released at high temperatures and is very toxic to health. You definitely don't want that!

It comes with a glass lid and two silicone handle protectors. By sliding these over the hot handles, you can remove the pan from the heat without burning yourself.

The bottom of the braising pan is equipped with a stainless steel, magnetic plate. This makes it suitable for use on induction cooktops. Gas and ceramic, electric, and halogen cooktops are also not a problem. Additionally, the braising pan is ovenproof at temperatures up to 260°C.
