- Use a vegetable butter and divide it with a rubber brush evenly over the entire baking tin, take all corners and holes with you. Then light the shape lightly with flour. - Use a baking spray. But pay attention, not every baking spray is suitable. Make sure that the baking spray is vegetable and contains no lecithin.
