The advantages of the Jay Hill smoker are that it comes with a drip tray, grid and lid. Moreover, it is suitable for gas and electric hobs, induction, oven, grill and barbecue. What makes this smoker extra nice is that you can also use it as a regular oven, roasting pan and steamer. In two different ways, you can use the Jay Hill smoker: hot or cold smoke. Remove the drip plate and smoking rack from the pan, add the smoke dust/smoke chips to it and make sure they are well spread. Then replace the drip plate and smoking rack again.
