Argongas has the function that it prevents the wine from becoming sour. The gas ensures that pressure is created in the bottle. Once pressure has been created in the wine bottle, the hollow needle ensures that the wine comes out of the bottle. Thanks to the Argongas, there is no oxygen from the wine. Because of this, oxidation will take place! When you have finished pouring your wine, you can withdraw the needle and close the cork.
