1. Position the wine tap above the neck of the bottle and push firmly, in one smooth movement over the neck of the bottle. This makes the Coravin-Due to the cork of the wine bottle.
2. Tilt the bottle with the spout above the glass. Push briefly against the lever, let go and pour out.
3. When you have finished pouring, take the wine system off the bottle again. You do this by removing the lever with a smooth movement straight up from the bottle.
4. Make sure you clean the wine system well after use to increase the life of the device. This is easy and quick to do with warm water and a dry cloth.
