1. Position the wine tap above the neck of the bottle and push firmly, in one smooth motion over the neck of the bottle. This will cause the Coravin needle to go through the cork of the wine bottle.
2. Tilt the bottle with the spout above the glass. Push briefly against the lever, release, and pour.
3. When you are finished pouring, remove the wine system from the bottle. Do this by lifting the lever smoothly upwards from the bottle.
