1. Install the Coravin Sparkling Stopper
After pouring as much sparkling wine as you want, raise the locking lever of the stopper all the way up to the unlocked position. Place the stopper on the opened bottle and firmly press the locking lever down until it is level.

2. Charge the bottle with CO2
Check if the pressure indicator is green, indicating that a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule is installed. Place the charger on top of the stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator will turn red to indicate that the bottle is ready to be charged. When the pressure indicator switches back to green, the bottle is fully charged.
