De Iittala koekenpan bestaat uit meerdere lagen - aluminium is ingeklemd tussen twee lagen roestvrij staal. Het hoogwaardige roestvrij staal is duurzaam en gemakkelijk schoon te maken. De warmte wordt gelijkmatig verdeeld. De 28 cm Tools koekenpan kan van het fornuis naar de oven en vervolgens direct naar de tafel met stijl. Boter of olie moet worden gebruikt in pannen zonder antiaanbaklaag.
