The pan is suitable for all heat sources and may also be up to 180 degrees in the oven. The pan has a diameter of 26 cm and a capacity of 4.8 liters. The frying pan is supplied with a matching lid so that minimum heat is lost during roasting. It is recommended to clean the pan by hand after use.
