For the Zwilling Enfinigy coffee maker, they have drawn on their years of expertise in steel processing. The result? An extremely high-quality hot water reservoir. The constant coffee brewing temperature of 92 to 96 °C ensures optimal preparation and a full coffee aroma. The stainless steel interior is highly corrosion-resistant and exceptionally durable.
The coffee machine uses size 4 coffee filters and also features a blooming function for even more aroma. This 'pre-brewing' process is derived from manual coffee brewing techniques. It preps the coffee in advance, with a little water for a pleasant soft mouthfeel. The coffee machine also has a removable aroma funnel. This ensures excellent mixing in the carafe and prevents the formation of bitter sediment. The separate warming plate keeps your coffee warm for up to 40 minutes. This is especially useful when making extra coffee. The coffee maker's extra-large water reservoir has a capacity of 1.5 liters. With the timer function, you can set the machine in advance. Because who doesn't love waking up to the smell of fresh coffee?
