The Silver Top baking pan collection from Patisse is one of the most popular baking pans from Patisse. This springform pan is equipped with a non-stick coating that is scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, and durable. Thanks to this coating, you can easily remove the cake from the springform pan after baking. The maximum temperature for using this springform pan is 230 degrees.
