The Mepra Copper pans are composed of 3 layers:
- Exterior of copper
- Intermediate layer of aluminum
- Inside of stainless steel 18/10
The copper ensures optimum heat supervision, while the aluminum functions as a connecting piece between the heat guidance of the copper and the strong stainless steel inside. This combination of materials offers both the benefits of copper and that of stainless steel.
The set contains:
- Saucepan, 1.9 liters Ø 16 cm, with lid
- Saucepan, 2.9 liters Ø 20 cm, with lid
