Le Creuset Les Forgees, actually renamed 'TNS series', is now covered with a non-stick coating that is 4x stronger. This non-stick coating can handle all forms of frying, even without oil or fat. The hardened layer releases food easily, making the pan easy to clean. The non-stick coating is produced without the use of PFCs, PFOA, and PFOS, making it fully compliant with safety standards.
