After use, place the spiral slicer in the dishwasher after which it is ready for use again.
A fun and delicious dish to prepare with the spiral slicer is, for example, zucchini with smoked salmon, avocado and arugula. Use the spiral slicer to turn the zucchini into spaghetti strands, and slice the avocado and shred the salmon. Chop an onion and some garlic and sauté them in the pan, then stir-fry the zucchini with them for 3 minutes. On the plate add the avocado.
