Irish Coffee is a hot drink of coffee with Irish whisky and whipped cream. It is also called Irish coffee. It is often served after a meal. According to "The Irish Coffee", it has been around for about 75 years. The combination of coffee and whisky is unique. Stories are going around that at an airport in Ireland there was a man named Joe Sheridan who invented it. He saw many tired passengers. He gave these people coffee with a little whisky and some cream. In this way, he wanted to make the tired passengers less tired. A passenger asked if it was Brazilian coffee.
