The OXO Chef's Mandoline 2.0 is the perfect kitchen aid for quickly and easily creating all kinds of culinary sensations. The mandoline offers no less than 21 different cutting choices:

17 different cutting thicknesses - from 1 to 9 mm in increments of 0.5 mm

The angled cutting blade is made of Japanese stainless steel, which effortlessly cuts even soft food. The mandoline body and food holder can be put in the dishwasher after use, and the blades can be easily cleaned with warm water and dish soap.
