The Nordic Ware baking pans all contain a non-stick coating, however you will need to use the bake form do need to grease them for the very best, and tastiest, results. There are two ways to do this properly:
- Use a vegetable butter and spread it evenly with a rubber brush all over the bake form, include all the nooks and crannies well. Next, dust the mould lightly with flour. What temperature the oven should be at and how long you should bake the batter obviously depends on the recipe, keep a close eye on this.
To make sure your cake comes out of the oven right, it is best to use a thermometer to check the core temperature. Is your cake ready?
