This bread board was designed especially for the Broodmes from the Tatau series, by the designers Anna & Gian Franco Gasparini. The cutting surface is from an environmentally friendly variant of bamboo and is equipped with slots, so that the crumbs in the plastic drawer fall underneath. There is also room in the drawer under the cutting surface to store a bread knife.
