Architect Stefano Giovannoni designed the cheerful egg cup Cico for Alessi's plastic collection in 2009. The plastic figurine hides the salt in its hat and always has the egg spoon at hand. When he takes off his hat, he makes room for a delicious boiled egg.

Egg cup Cico is one of the designs for which Stefano Giovannoni was awarded the title "Champion Of The Super & Popular" of the 2000s. The other prize winners are Stefano Giovannoni's toothpick holder, toilet brush, sugar bowl, and the deliciously smelling cookie jar.
